Objective: Contributing to the conservation and the sustainable management of the natural and cultural resources of the oasis

Description of the project:

The project is part of the ENVIRONMENTAL PROGRAM addressed to strengthening the EEAA. The envisaged activities deal with the protection and the sustainable use of natural resources, the rehabilitation of the saline soil and the creation of breeding grounds in the villages, management and realization of small fish-farming plants trainings.

The project involves as well productive agro-industrial activities, activities of raising public awareness and the training of the personnel in the field of environmental protection, in the context of the Protected Area of Siwa.
