Objective:
Contributing to the development of small and micro
enterprises and spreading the culture of associationism
Description of the project:
The project aims at improving the potentials of the
micro-credit system of the Poverty Alleviation Program in the
Governorate of Giza. The intervention aims at establishing 4
service centers in the Community Development Associations that
manage the rotating fund of the micro-credit. These centers will
be responsible for delivering services of legal, fiscal,
managerial and financial assistance. Moreover, the centers are
working for the development of the forms of cooperation between
micro-enterprises and handicraft workers and for spreading the
industrial culture among the entrepreneurs.
Moreover, the
project aims at promoting the territorial partnership in the
Mediterranean region, arranging exchanges of small Egyptian
entrepreneurs and local operators in
Italy through
managerial training courses and the promotion of economic and
social growth.
