Description of the project:

The project features in the context of the new legislation of the European Community regarding the quality control of alimentary products that will be marketed in the European markets starting from 2005. The project introduces the procedures and management of traceability systems of agro-industrial products to farmers, entrepreneurs and other concerned institutions.
