Description of the project: |
|
The project proposes the initiation of five main centers
with the purpose of providing counselling services and clinical
tests to groups at risk. It aims at encouraging the improvement
of the AIDS patients and HIV-positive persons’ quality of life.
The project involves the training of health care personnel and a
public awareness campaign. |
