Objective:
Improving living conditions for children with special needs in the
districts of Omraniyya Gharbiyya and El Saff.
Description of the project:
The project aims at improving living conditions for children with
disabilities in order to enhance their psycho-physical and social
development and moreover their social, economic and cultural integration
in their community, through the enhancement of
CDAs capabilities to implement
support programs for children with special needs.
The project’s strategy
follows a capacity building program
known as Community-Based Rehabilitation (CBR) successfully
experimented by SETI, based on
the mobilization of locally available resources and organizations as
well as on the empowerment and partnership of children families and
local community members.
