Description of the project:
The project intends to promote the activities of study
and monitoring of the natural heritage and biodiversity of the
country, strengthening the departments of the Egyptian
Environmental Affairs Agency in charge of natural conservation
and biodiversity. The project promotes pilot activities in the
protected areas of St. Catherine and Gabal Elba and proposes to
define valid policies for conserving biodiversity to be
consequently extended to the national level. |
